It appears to be oak with gesso application . The painting has a glass protection for painting sandwiched between two frames. The painting itself looks to be turn of the century harbor scene. Well constructed, no damage, good color, no signature seen. back of frame has professional remating and sealing done in 1971.	$2,700.00

This is a wonderful pastel painting purchased from an Estate in Sellersville PA.  It is a winter landscape with a figure (s) walking up to their home and I believe sunrise to the right.  Frame is original.
